ORDERED that respondent's Answer (Entry No. 7) filed October 17, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 8, 2022, respondent shall file an amended certificate of service with respect to respondent's answer, filed October 14, 2022. Respondent is advised that it is not necessary to refile the answer.
