Opinion
Gen. No. 41,473. (Abstract of Decision.)
Opinion filed March 31, 1941
FORECLOSURE or MORTGAGES, § 172 — ownership of property, sufficiency of evidence. Foreclosure of trust deed was properly granted, where defendant's contention that she was not the actual owner of the property at the time the trust deed was given, that she told plaintiffs so, but that the trust deed was procured by threats of criminal prosecution of her husband, was improbable.
