When this case was called from the calendar of the Court's April 17, 2023, trial session for San Francisco, California, there was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. On February 16, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgement.

Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Summary Judgement is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before June 16, 2023, file a response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgement, filed on February 16, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
