AND NOW, this 16th day of December 2024, upon consideration of Plaintiff Reginald C. Codrington's Motions to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (ECF Nos. 6, 7) and pro se Complaint (ECF No. 2), it is hereby ORDERED that:
