AFFIRMED. See Hahamovitch v. Hahamovitch , 174 So. 3d 983, 986 (Fla. 2015) ("[w]here a contract is clear and unambiguous, it must be enforced pursuant to its plain language"); Nack Holdings, LLC v. Kalb , 13 So. 3d 92, 96 (Fla. 3d DCA 2009) (noting a mortgage used to secure future advances must contain an express "future advances" provision consistent with section 697.04, Florida Statutes ).
