ORDER

These cases were on the May 20, 2024 St. Paul, Minnesota trial calendar, and all arise from the Cochrans' 2019 and 2020 tax years when they were trying to keep a small business that they owned alive.

Respondent recently reported that the parties have reached a basis for settlement regarding both petitioners' tax year 2019. The parties have not yet reached a basis for settlement regarding petitioners' tax year 2020, but do continue to work towards resolution. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before September 6, 2024 the parties shall submit decision documents or respondent's counsel shall file a status report on the parties' progress toward settlement or narrowing the issues to be tried.
