On September 28, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction moving to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction so much of this case relating to taxable years 2017 and 2019. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 27, 2021, petitioner shall file an Objection, if any, to the above-described motion to dismiss as to 2017 and 2019. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of that motion.
