On December 22, 2023, the parties filed a Status Report. On January 19, 2024, respondent filed a supplement to the status report. In the Status Report, as supplemented, the parties state that, on November 28, 2023, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California issued an Order for Final Decree. Respondent attached to the supplement a copy of that Order.
