459 Mich. 873 (Mich. 1998)

Opinion

No. 110686.

September 29, 1998.

Summary Dispositions September 29, 1998.

On January 21, 1998, this case was remanded to the Court of Appeals for an explanation of reasons for granting the plaintiff's motion for actual and punitive damages. On May 26, 1998, the Court of Appeals issued an opinion stating reasons for the sanctions. In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the Court of Appeals order imposing sanctions is reversed because the Supreme Court agrees with the dissent that the record does not justify imposition of actual and punitive damages. MCR 7.302(F)(1). Further jurisdication is not retained.
