ORDER

Before the Court is court reporter Karren Jones's December 11, 2024 second request for extension of time to file the reporter's record. In the request, Ms. Jones states court reporter David Laurel was the court reporter for the jury selection proceedings. Ms. Jones states that Mr. Laurel was to have the jury selection volume ready by December 9, 2024, but that he failed to produce it. Ms. Jones states she is requesting the extension to obtain from Mr. Laurel the reporter' record volume for which he was the court reporter. We GRANT the request and we ORDER Ms. Jones to file the reporter's record by JANUARY 6, 2025.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Karren Jones, Official Court Reporter, Auxiliary Court No. 1, Dallas County; David Laurel, Court Reporter; Donna Trotman, Official Court Reporter, 203rd District Court; and counsel for all parties.
