This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Nashville, Tennessee, trial session, on April 8, 2024. Petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. During the proceeding, petitioner made an oral motion for continuance and asked that this case be restored to the general docket to allow petitioner time to seek new counsel.
