TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
Upon consideration of Plaintiffs' Emergency Alternative Motion For Temporary Restraining Order, Plaintiffs' Consolidated Motion For Emergency Temporary Restraining Order and Motion For Preliminary Injunction and Motion for Order To Show Cause Why Secretary Norton, Her Employees and Counsel Should Not Be Held in Contempt, the parties' responses, replies and amendments thereto, the Report and Recommendation of the Special Master Regarding the Security of Trust Data at the Department of the Interior and the entire record of this case, it is by this Court hereby,
ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Alternative Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order is GRANTED; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED that defendants shall immediately disconnect from the Internet all information technology systems that house or provide access to individual Indian trust data; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED that defendants shall immediately disconnect from the Internet all computers within the custody and control of the Department of the Interior, its employees and contractors, that have access to individual Indian trust data.
