This case is controlled by our decisions in the cases of McLaurin v. City of Greenville, Cause Nos. 43,429, Miss., 187 So.2d 854 and 43,498, Miss., 187 So.2d 860. For the reasons stated therein, this case is affirmed.

Affirmed.
