Upon due consideration of returned mail, it is

ORDERED that the due date for petitioner to file an Objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, September 2, 2022, is extended to March 23, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall serve on petitioner copies of respondent's above-referenced Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and the Court's Orders issued December 23, 2022, and January 31, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve petitioner at c/o Clifford C. Boncore, CPA, 20 Squire Drive, Orchard Park, NY 14127-3432.
