Action to foreclose a mortgage or, certain real property, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London and tried to the court, Leuba, J.; judgment of foreclosure by sale; thereafter, the court, Hurley, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for a deficiency judgment and rendered judgment thereon, from which the named defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
