DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue its opposition to that branch of the appellants' motion which was to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 7, 2013, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 3, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
