DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 13, 2012, and April 11, 2013, respectively. Separate motions by Karen Lynn Valihura, an attorney in good standing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Darrel Jeffrey Hieber, an attorney in good standing in the State of California, and Randolph K. Herndon, an attorney in good standing in the State of Delaware, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellants on the appeal. Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs in connection with both appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to stay all proceedings and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motions to be admitted pro hac vice and in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to stay all proceedings is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions to be admitted pro hac vice are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondent's time to serve and file briefs in connection with both appeals is enlarged until July 29, 2013, and the respondent's briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
