LC No. 2020-009702-AP

ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the April 28, 2022 order of the circuit court on appeal from the district court is not appealable as a matter of right. MCR 7.203(A)(1)(a). An appeal from an order of the circuit court on appeal from another court must come by application for leave to appeal under MCR 7.205. See MCR 7.203(B)(2). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of an application or delayed application for leave to appeal under MCR 7.205, provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.

The motion to waive fees is GRAN TED for this case only.
