DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 7, 2023. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, for leave to renew their prior motion to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter, to stay the eviction and/or removal of the appellants from the subject premises, to stay the sale and/or transfer of the subject premises, and to stay all proceedings pending in the Nassau County District Court, under index number LT-002464/2022, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
