ORDER

TERRY ADAMS JUDGE.

The appellant, C.M.C., has filed a motion to recuse Justices Goodman, Rivas-Molloy, and Guerra from further participation in this appeal, including hearing the appellant's motion for en banc reconsideration. See Tex. R. App. P. 16.3(a). After Justices Goodman, Rivas-Molloy, and Guerra declined to remove themselves from further participation in this appeal, the appellant's motion was certified to the remainder of this Court for decision. See Tex. R. App. P. 16.3(b). Having considered the appellant's motion to recuse, the remainder of the Court has unanimously concluded that the motion is not meritorious. We hereby DENY the appellant's motion to recuse.

It is so ORDERED.

For purposes of this motion, the En Banc Court consists of: Chief Justice Adams and Justices Kelly, Landau, Hightower, Countiss, and Farris.
