ORDER
Albert G. Lauber Judge
This case is calendared on the Court's February 7, 2022, Denver, Colorado, trial session, which will be conducted remotely via Zoomgov. On January 26, 2022, an attorney from a low income taxpayer clinic entered an appearance on petitioner's behalf. On January 31, 2022, the attorney filed a Motion for Continuance representing that petitioner is recovering from a major surgery but that, with additional time, the parties may be able to settle the case. Respondent does not object to the granting of this Motion.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance, filed January 31, 2022, is granted, and this case is stricken from the Court's February 7, 2022, Denver, Colorado, trial session and is continued. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further
ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before April 18, 2022, a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) detailing the then-present status of the case.
