This is a companion appeal to Cloud v. Cloud, La. App., 145 So.2d 331. For the reasons therein set forth, the trial court judgment annulling the sheriff's sale is affirmed, with the defendant-appellants to pay all costs of this appeal and of these proceedings.

Affirmed.
