PER CURIAM
Appellants have filed an unopposed motion to dismiss this appeal alleging that there is no longer an issue in controversy between Appellants and Appellees. Appellants have complied with the requirements of Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.1(a)(1) permitting voluntary dismissal of an appeal on an appellant's motion. Accordingly, Appellant's motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1). Opinion delivered September 17, 2014.
