ORDER


After making an independent review of the pleadings, files and records in this case, and the findings, conclusions and recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge, filed on March 13, 2003, the court determines that the findings and conclusions of the United States Magistrate Judge are correct. Petitioner's objections are overruled. The findings and conclusions of the United States Magistrate Judge are hereby accepted by the court. The court denies Petitioner's Writ of Habeas Corpus, and this action is dismissed with prejudice.

It is so ordered

JUDGMENT

This judgment is issued pursuant to the court's order and findings dated March 13, 2003.

It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that this action is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice.

It is further ORDERED that the clerk shall transmit a copy of this judgment and a copy of the court's order of March 13, 2003, accepting the Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge to Petitioner and Respondent.
