This case was previously scheduled for trial at the Court's April 6, 2020, Little Rock, Arkansas trial session. Due to concerns about COVID-19, that trial session was canceled, and this case was assigned to the undersigned.

On July 19, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that the parties plan to proceed with a Branerton conference, after which they will inform the Court whether the plan to engage in either motions practice or prepare for trial. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 3, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report apprising the Court of the then-present status of this case.
