This case was previously scheduled for trial at the Court's April 6, 2020, Little Rock, Arkansas trial session. Due to concerns about COVID-19, that trial session was canceled, and this case was assigned to the undersigned.

On April 4, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that the settlement officer sent a proposed supplemental notice to respondent's counsel for consideration. Furthermore, respondent's counsel stated that he needs additional time review the proposed supplemental notice. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 6, 2022, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document or a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
