This case was previously scheduled for trial at the Court's April 6, 2020, Little Rock, Arkansas trial session. Due to concerns about COVID-19, that trial session was canceled, and this case was assigned to the undersigned.

On March 1, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that the Settlement Officer handling this case is expected to issue a proposed supplement notice of determination soon. Once the proposed supplemental notice of determination is issued, the parties will then be able to submit a stipulated decision document or propose to the Court a schedule for further proceedings. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 4, 2022, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document or a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case. 1
