Justin C. Cloar Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge.

This case was previously scheduled for trial at the Court's April 6, 2020, Little Rock, Arkansas trial session. Due to concerns about COVID-19, that trial session was canceled, and this case was assigned to the undersigned.

On December 27, 2021, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that the parties are still waiting for the supplemental notice of determination to be issued. Once the supplemental notice of determination is issued, the parties should be able to submit a decision document or propose a schedule for further proceedings. We will give the parties additional time to continue working together. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 1, 2022, the parties shall file either stipulated decision document or a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
