DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal of Caroline SS..

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal of Caroline SS. is extended to November 7, 2014. Responding and reply briefs shall be filed and served pursuant to section 800.9 of the Rules of Practice.

It is noted no further extensions of time to perfect this appeal will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
