DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application for an extension of time to perfect appeal of Thomas SS. and to consolidate appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of this application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, that the application be granted, without costs, and the time to perfect appeal of Thomas SS. is extended to November 19, 2014. Responding and reply briefs shall be filed and served pursuant to section 800.9 of the Rules of Practice, and it is further

ORDERED that the application to consolidate appeals is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief.
