PER CURIAM:

Jacob Cline appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief following his guilty pleas to two counts of felony stealing in the Circuit Court of Schuyler County. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for the order. Rule 84.16(b).
