An appeal having been taken from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 28, 2017, And plaintiffs-appellants having moved to stay the closing of the subject purchase agreement, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, And a Justice of this Court having granted an interim stay on October 12, 2017, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion for a stay pending appeal is granted; the Clerk of the Court is directed to maintain the appeal on the January 2018 Term.
