ORDER

This case is calendared for trial during the September 23, 2024, Cincinnati, Ohio, trial session of the Court. On August 15, 2024, petitioner filed an unopposed Motion to Remand.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's September 23, 2024, Cincinnati, Ohio, trial session and is continued with jurisdiction retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Remand is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals for the purpose of further administrative consideration, not later than November 18, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that following the completion of further administrative consideration, but not later than December 18, 2024, the parties shall report in writing to the Court as to the status of the case.
