DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by respondent to dismiss appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 22, 2010 and November 30, 2010, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to dismiss the appeal from the order entered October 22, 2010 is granted and that appeal is dismissed as untimely taken; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to dismiss the appeal from the order entered November 30, 2010 is denied.
