This is one of several consolidated cases set for trial at the Tax Court's session in Philadelphia beginning April 18, 2022. The parties have filed a joint motion for a continuance that asks that the undersigned judge retain jurisdiction. It is
ORDERED that the mistakenly filed duplicate motion (Doc. 24) is deemed stricken. It is further
ORDERED that the motion for a continuance (Doc. 25) is granted, except that because "the parties believe that a trial, should one occur, [should] be scheduled . . . to occur no sooner than June 2023", the undersigned judge does not retain jurisdiction, but rather the case is continued generally.
