Pending before the Court is Appellee's motion to hold Appellant in contempt. The Court ordered the trial court to conduct a hearing on the motion, and the record of the hearing and a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's written findings of fact and conclusions of law have been filed. Having reviewed the hearing record and the trial court's findings and conclusions, we deny the motion for contempt.
