The petition for belated appeal is granted. Petitioner shall be allowed a belated appeal from the order denying his motion for postconviction relief rendered on September 6, 2005, in Alachua County Circuit Court case number 01-1999-CF-2109-A. Upon issuance of mandate in this case, a copy shall be provided to the clerk of the circuit court for treatment as a notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).

PETITION GRANTED.
