Petition for review granted; transferred to Court of Appeal, Sixth Appellate District, with directions to issue an order to show cause

The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Sixth Appellate District, with directions to vacate its order denying the petition for writ of mandate and to issue an order directing respondent court to show cause why petitioner is not entitled to the relief requested. (See People v. Superior Court (Lavi) (1993) 4 Cal.4th at 1164, 1171; Bontilao v. Superior Court (2019) 37 Cal.App.5th 980, 996, fn. 5.)

The stay issued by this court shall remain in effect pending further order of the Court of Appeal.
