Upon review of the response to this Court's order to show cause dated November 12, 2014, the Court has determined that it should decline to exercise jurisdiction in this case. See State v. Mosley, 2014 WL 5285851 (Fla. 2014). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.
