VANCE G. CLAYBORNE & NANCY CLAYBORNE, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

David Gustafson, Judge.

This case was scheduled for trial at the Tax Court's San Antonio session beginning September 30, 2024, but on September 26, 2024, the parties file a stipulation of settled issues that "resolve[s] all of the issues in the case" (Doc. 29 at 4) and a status report that states: "The computation may not be completed in time to file a decision document prior to the scheduled trial date. The parties request additional time to prepare and file the decision document." (Doc. 30, para. 4.) We appreciate the parties' work on this case. Consistent with their request, it is

ORDERED that this case is continued and is stricken from the calendar of the upcoming trial session (so that the parties need not appear at the trial session), and that the judge signing this order retains jurisdiction over this case. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than October 31, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision.
