ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Peter J. Panuthos Special Trial Judge

A petition was filed on July 21, 2021 to commence this case in the United States Tax Court. Petitioner checked the box indicating that he was disputing his "Notice of Determination Concerning Collection Action." Petitioner did not attach a copy of the notice to the petition. In his Answer, filed November 4, 2021, respondent included a copy of the aforementioned notice.

The Court's review of the records in this case indicates that it should be deemed a collection case and that the docket number should be changed from "S" to "SL" to reflect the same. The Court will provide the parties an opportunity to show cause as to why the docket number in this case should not be amended accordingly.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before April 8, 2022, show cause as to why the docket number in this case should not be amended to: Docket No. 15468-21SL.
