This case is calendared for trial at the Court's May 8, 2023, Omaha, Nebraska Trial Session.
On January 30, 2023, docket entry 13, petitioner filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss which requests the Court withdraw his petition and close this case. On February 7, 2023, docket entry 14, petitioner filed with the Court a Motion to Change Place of Trial to Kansas City, Missouri which requests a change of location for this case as Omaha, Nebraska is a lengthy drive from petitioner's home in Leavenworth, Kansas.
After due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before March 16, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
