Pursuant to the requirements of Seventh Circuit Rile 3(c)(1) and Seventh Circuit Rule 28(a) below please find Plaintiff Classy Glass, Inc.'s docketing statement:
District Court Jurisdictional Statement Pursuant to Circuit Rule 28(a)(1):
The United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin had jurisdiction over the above-captioned matter under 28 U.S. Code § 1332(a) as all the defendants are all incorporated in the State of Ohio and all have a principal place of business located at 6200 S. Gilmore Rd., Fairfield, Ohio 45014-5141 and Classy Glass, Inc. is incorporated in the State of Wisconsin with a principal place of business located at 438 N. Frances St., Madison, Wisconsin 53703-1080, and the amount in controversy is in excess of $75,000.00. As such all the requisite elements existed for a diversity jurisdiction case before the District Court under the above-cited provisions of the United States Code.
Appellate Court Jurisdictional Statement Pursuant to Circuit Rule 28(a)(2):
i. A Judgment was entered in this case on February 23, 2022.
ii. No motion was filed which tolled the time for appeal.
iii. Not applicable, as no such motions were filed.
iv. The Notice of Appeal was filed simultaneously with this document on March 22, 2022.
v. This case is not an appeal from the order of a magistrate judge.
The requirements of Circuit Court Rule 28(a)(3) are inapplicable to the above-captioned matter as this appeal is from a final judgment.
