Appellants Classic Ventures II, LP d/b/a Classic American Homes II and Home Building Ventures, LLC have filed an unopposed motion to dismiss the appeal because the parties have settled the dispute between them. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. Costs are taxed against the party incurring the same.
