This case was removed to this court from the Allen County Court of Common Pleas on the basis of the federal question presented by plaintiff's claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Upon dismissal of that claim, it has become clear that this court no longer has jurisdiction over plaintiff's state law claims. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c), this case is remanded to the Allen County Court of Common Pleas.

So ordered.
