DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated November 7, 2024.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that on or before November 25, 2024, the appellants shall perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][5], 1250.14[b]), and by serving and filing the appellants' briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, by serving the appellants' briefs, and uploading a digital copy of the appellants' briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further, ORDERED that on or before December 2, 2024, the respondents shall serve and file the respondents' brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further, ORDERED that on or before December 5, 2024, the appellants shall serve and file the reply briefs, if any, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the reply briefs and upload a digital copy of the reply briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
