United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit
Oct 16, 2007
251 F. App'x 165 (4th Cir. 2007)

Opinion

No. 07-6222.

Submitted: October 11, 2007.

Decided: October 16, 2007.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, at Raleigh. Malcolm J. Howard, Senior District Judge. (5:05-ct-00724-H).

Orlando Rapheal Clark, Appellant Pro Se. Yvonne Bulluck Ricci, North Carolina Department of Justice, Raleigh, North Carolina, for Appellees.

Before MICHAEL and SHEDD, Circuit Judges, and HAMILTON, Senior Circuit Judge.

Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

Orlando Rapheal Clark appeals the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Clark v. Sutton, No. 5:05-ct-00724-H (E.D.N.C. Feb. 2, 2007). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
