KING, P. J., AGREES WITH THE ORDER WITH SEPARATE WRITTEN STATEMENT JOINED BY KITCHENS, P.J.
KING, PRESIDING JUSTICE, AGREEING WITH THE ORDER WITH SEPARATE WRITTEN STATEMENT:
I agree that Clark's Motion for Leave to Interview Members of the Venire Who Did Not Serve on the Petit Jury should be denied. I write separately to clarify that the Court denies this motion because leave of the Court is not required to interview non-jurors. Nothing prohibits Clark's counsel from interviewing willing non-jurors.
KITCHENS, P.J., JOINS THIS SEPARATE WRITTEN STATEMENT.
