Opinion filed April 7, 2000.

3.800 Appeal from the Circuit Court for Seminole County, Kenneth R. Lester, Jr., Judge.

Rhonnie B. Clark, Sneads, pro se.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Belle B. Schumann, Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Appellee.

This is an appeal from a denial of collateral relief. We must affirm because appellant has not affirmatively alleged that the court records demonstrate entitlement to relief. Appellant may again apply to the trial court with appropriate allegations.
