ORDER
The reporter's record was due on September 18, 2013. On October 18, 2013, court reporter Debra A. Doolittle filed a notice of late reporter's record. Her notice stated Appellant has not paid, or made arrangements to pay, the fee for preparing the reporter's record.
On October 23, 2013, we ordered Appellant to provide written proof to this court that the reporter's record has been requested and either (1) the reporter's fee has been paid or arrangements have been made to pay the reporter's fee, or (2) Appellant is entitled to appeal without paying the reporter's fee.
On November 8, 2013, Appellant filed a letter with this court stating that he has made arrangements to pay for the reporter's record. On the same day, court reporter Debra A. Doolittle filed a second notice of late reporter's record. She confirmed that Appellant has made arrangements to pay for the reporter's record, and she expects to file the record by November 13, 2013. Our October 23, 2013 order is satisfied.
The reporter's request for additional time to file the reporter's record is GRANTED. Appellant's brief must be filed with this court within THIRTY DAYS after the reporter's record is filed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a).
